DIY: Install Radiant Heat Barrier Before Summer!

Living in Texas, I know that the roof gets fry-an-egg hot and have wondered about what would be best to keep out the heat. This attic foil seems to be the best and easiest method and to install, you just staple to the attic rafters. Seems fairly easy and HOA friendly (better than covering my house in a white sheet) for something that is supposed to keep out a plus 90 percent amount of radiant heat.
Apparently you get a tax break too.
